Do It For MS: Nicole’s Ikara-Flinders Ranges Adventure

In late May this year Thinkly’s own Nicole Haddon spent a week hiking the rugged country of the Ikara-Flinders Ranges in South Australia to raise awareness and funds for MS Australia.

Multiple sclerosis is the most common disease of the central nervous system, striking young people in the prime of their lives. The disease affects more young people than any other neurological condition, with the average age of diagnosis at just 30 years old.

There is currently no known cure.

Nicole helped raise nearly $3,500 for the MS Australia, and the group of 12 that joined her on the week-long hike raised nearly $50,000 together, giving hope to the thousands of Australians living with multiple sclerosis. This money will contribute to the delivery of essential MS support services and to help ensure no one has to face MS alone.

If you want to show your support for Nicole and her team, donations are still being accepted: https://www.doitforms.org.au/fundraisers/nicolehaddon/flinders-ranges
